    Avaz Lite(for all subscription versions / in-app purchases)


Ver 4.x and above

You can restore your lifetime purchase or monthly subscription to a new device or same device (after the app was deleted): 

    1. Download Avaz Lite. 
    2. Tap the Login button to login with the same email id that was used earlier for registering with Avaz, along with the password. 
    3. If you don't remember your password or hadn't created one, tap the Forgotten password link. This sends a password reset link to your registered email id. Tap the link to change the password. 
    4. If you don’t remember your login ID, sign up with your email ID. 
    5. Send a mail to support@avazapp.com  with subject line (request for subscription extension), and mention your Avaz-registered email id, along with a proof of purchase of Avaz, requesting for an extension. 
    • If you are using the same device:
If you have logged in:
        • Avaz will detect you as an existing user and automatically restore your purchase or subscription.
        • If you have logged in with a different email ID than what was used for the original purchase, then you may use the Restore button 
          • Tap the green Subscribe button on the right corner. This opens the subscription screen.
          • Tap the Restore button. This will prompt you for the Apple credentials with which the app was purchased. Once you enter it the app will be restored. 
      If you have signed up:
          • The app will be automatically restored (even if the purchased app was deleted or uninstalled). 
        • If you are using a different device:
      If you have logged in:
          • Avaz will detect you as an existing user and automatically restore your purchase or subscription. 
          • If you have logged in with a email ID that was not used for the original purchase, then you may use the Restore button :
          • Tap the green Subscribe button on the bottom right corner. This opens the subscription screen.
          • Tap the Restore my purchase button. This will prompt you for the Apple credentials with which the app was purchased. Once you enter it the app will be restored
        If you have signed up: 
              • Tap the green Subscribe button on the right corner. This opens the subscription screen. 
              • Tap the Restore button. This will prompt you for the Apple credentials with which the app was purchased. Once you enter it the app will be restored. 
        Note: You can use the signed up email id for restoring to other devices. 


        Less than Avaz ver4.0

            1. Update your app to the latest version 4.0 
            2. Follow the steps given above
          If you have any problems with restoring your purchase, 
            1. Subscribe for a one week free trial by signing up with your email id 
            2. Drop us a mail at support@avazapp.com with the following details and we will help you with restoring the purchase : 
              1. Your previous purchase details - name of app, full purchase / monthly subscription, name of device (iPad / Android)
              2. Your purchase invoice (you would have received the invoice from iTunes or Google Play) 
           

          For Avaz Pro (non-subscription versions)


          For non-subscription versions, you can redeem your purchase through the App Store.


          To install Avaz on another iPad:

            1. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. 
            2. Tap the App Store button 
            3. Tap the Purchased icon 
            4. You will see Avaz app displayed among the list of purchased apps. 
            5. Click it to restore your previous purchase. 
            6. Make sure that you are trying to restore purchases made from the same country store from where it was originally purchased. 


          For Android devices


          To install Avaz on another Android tablet (that uses the same Google ID)

          • Tap on Play Store.

          • Tap the icon with 3 horizontal bars on top left corner - it drops down a list of menu items on the left.

          • Tap My Apps from the list. This shows a list of Installed apps and All apps.

          • Tap the All Apps tab to display all apps that were purchased from this account.

          • Scroll down and you should be able to find Avaz in this list

          • Tap on Avaz to download it.
