How does prediction work in the keyboard mode?

In Avaz keyboard mode, predicted words are displayed along with pictures, facilitating an easy transition from pictures to text. 


Avaz offers prediction at 2 levels : 

As you type the letters in the keyboard, Avaz not only predicts the same word, but also predicts the next word, offering phrase-level prediction. You can also turn off prediction or delay the prediction as well, using Settings.


  1. Word level prediction 
    • As you type the letters, all possible words are displayed in the prediction bar. See screenshot below. 
  2. Phrase level prediction 
    • After a word is typed, the next set of possible words are predicted. See screenshot below.

Note: 


  1. The number of predicted words is set at eight words. 
  2. The predicted words do not change with increased frequency of usage.
