You can access in-app resources and assistance from within the app. 


For Avaz versions 6.6 and above

  1. Tap Menu on the top right corner.

  2. Tap Settings 
  3. Scroll down to find Avaz support (under Support section).

  4. Tap on Get support on avazapp.com.

    This will open up an additional tab in your device browser and take you to Avaz FAQs on its webpage.



For version below 6.6


Tap Settings > Avaz support. 

Here you can: 

  1. View Avaz video (brief two minute introductory video)
  2. View Avaz tutorial through slides 
  3. Send email to support@avazapp.com to get assistance
  4. Join Avaz users family - a closed facebook group of Avaz users
  5. Get password if you have forgotten it.
