- You can tap Menu > Support and it will take you to our Support page where you can also raise a ticket.

- Second option is Menu > Settings > Avaz Support (under Support) and select Contact Us.

You can reach out to Avaz Support using avaz app by the following ways:

    • You can chat with us by tapping the Help icon on the top right corner, and selecting the Chat with us button, to post your questions to Avaz support. Since the app is available across the world, the response to chat messages may not be immediate, but within 24 hours. 

    • Ask a question option under the Settings > Avaz Support. This sends a mail to support@avazapp.com. We offer a 24 hour response time for your emails and messages, except if it is over the weekend.
