I am unable to login (ver 4.0 and above). What do I do?

If you have had a recent login issue over the past one month, try the following steps: 

  1. Update Avaz app to the latest version through App Store. This is an important step and can help resolve the login issues. 
  2. Login with your username and password. If you don't remember your password, click here - Forgotten password
  3. If the login fails, 
    1. If you are a new user, tap the Sign Up button (instead of the Login button) 
    2. Restore the purchase from the Subscription page

If the above steps do not work, write to us at support@avazapp.com mentioning the steps that you took.
