If you have had a recent login issue over the past one month, try the following steps:
- Update Avaz app to the latest version through App Store. This is an important step and can help resolve the login issues.
- Login with your username and password. If you don't remember your password, click here - Forgotten password.
- If the login fails,
- If you are a new user, tap the Sign Up button (instead of the Login button)
- Restore the purchase from the Subscription page
If the above steps do not work, write to us at support@avazapp.com mentioning the steps that you took.
