You may face the issue of resources not getting downloaded onto the app on your device.
This may be happening if the device belongs to a school district which is blocking the update on the network. This may be resolved by contacting the school's Network administrator to allow the update to go through.
What you may experience during the update (if it is being blocked):
There seems to be no progress on the downloads. Even after tapping "download resources again," it may keep spinning and nothing happens (progress remains at 0%). The images in the background may keep moving but nothing seems to be downloading, despite running the latest version of iOS and having sufficient memory available.

Whitelisting IPs
The network admin can whitelist the following list of IPs in order to remove filters for these sites, to ensure access to essential sites required for smooth running of Avaz.
