How do I prevent the app from speaking out the buttons (non-AAC buttons), like ‘Go back’, ‘Home’, ‘Load’, ‘Save’ etc.?

Tap Settings > Speak action keys(under Audio settings) and turn to OFF to prevent the app from speaking out non-AAC buttons.
