You can replace the image in the icon, with its text, either for the entire app, or for specific icons only. Given below are the steps for each:


For version 6.6+



For the entire app 

  1. Tap Menu > Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Text Size
  3. Select Only Text (no picture)


For specific icons: 

  1. Tap the Menu option at the top right corner.
  2. Tap Edit words. This takes you to the Edit mode.
  3. Tap the icon that you want to remove the image from.
  4. Tap the Change button from the top bar. 
  5. This opens the Update word window for the item. 
  6. Tap the Hide picture option beneath the word.

  7. This removes the image and replaces it with the text.

  8. Tap Save at top right corner to save and tap Close to exit. 


For version less than 6.6.


For the entire app 

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Caption Size
  3. Select Only Text (no image)


For specific icons: 

  1. Tap the Edit icon on the top right corner. This takes you to the Edit mode
  2. Tap the icon to select it
  3. Tap the Change button. This opens the Edit window for the item.
  4. The window displays the image and you will see an "X" marked on the top left corner of the image. Refer to the arrow in the screenshot below.
  5. Tap the "x" button and this removes the image and replaces it with the text in the caption.
  6. Tap Done to save and exit.
