How to delete my account?

The concept of user Account is available only from Avaz ver 6.6 onwards


What does "deleting the account" mean?

 

It means that the user data is deleted from our records permanently and we will not be able to trace the user account in our database. Once the user deletes their account, this action is irreversible.


When you delete your account, the account (and user data) is automatically deleted across all devices. For e.g. if you have deleted your account in one device, you will not be recognized in another device as a registered user.

Steps to delete your account from Avaz

1. Go to Settings > Account details

2. Tap Delete account



3. A window pops up for a confirmation of the Account deletion and all it's associated information. Please note that the action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored.
