What is the Mistake button ?

Modified on Mon, 16 Sep, 2024 at 8:01 PM

The Mistake button is one of the buttons on the side Navigation bar. When you tap this button, the default message that is spoken aloud is "I made a mistake".

This button can be used by the AAC user whenever they have made an incorrect tap on the device, to indicate to the communication partner that they have made a mistake of accidentally tapping the wrong word while using the device. This gives the AAC user a chance to correct the words tapped and helps the communication partner to understand that they need to wait for the correction from the AAC user.

From Ver 6.6 onwards, this button became customizable by allowing a custom text to be spoken out when tapped. Click here to know How to customize the Mistake button?
