The YouTube video is unavailable and not loading. What do I do?

We're extremely sorry to inform you that there has been a recent issue (since last month) related to YouTube video integration within the app. 


Description of the issue: 

When you try to add a YouTube video, you get an error "The video is unavailable" and the video does not load in the app. A similar error is displayed when you try to play a previously added YouTube video.



Our team has identified an issue with the YouTube integration in the app and is working on resolving it on priority. We understand how important this feature is for your use, and we’re doing everything we can to bring it back as soon as possible. 


Once again, we sincerely apologize for the disruption caused in the app! Rest assured that we understand the importance of the feature for your user, and it's getting the right attention from the team. We will keep you updated on the progress.
