What kind of Customer Support does Avaz provide?

Avaz offers the following resources for Support: 


  1. Email support - write to us at support@avazapp.com and you will hear back from us within one working day.
  2. In-app support


In-app Support


For Ver 8.0+


  1. Go to Menu>Support.


  2. Select from the options - View Avaz FAQs, contact us via WhatsApp or Contact us via email.



    Screenshot 1: View Avaz FAQ opens the Avaz FAQ from the website on your browser. 


    Contact us via WhatsApp opens your conversation via WhatsApp if you are on a phone.

    opens the mail interface (if it has been set up in the device).

      







For Ver 6.6


1. Go to Menu > Support


2. This opens the browser and takes you to the Avaz FAQ on our website.  You can ask your questions in the text box provided and you can browse through the results. Once you're done browsing, you can tap the Done button on the top left corner of the window to return to the app.  




Another navigation is You can also use Menu > Settings > Support 


You have the option to Contact Us or go to Avaz FAQ. 

Contact Us opens the mail interface (if it has been set up in the device).

Avaz FAQ opens the Avaz FAQ from the website on your browser.  







For Avaz ver less than v 6.6


You can get assistance from Avaz Support team from the '?' icon on the top right corner of the app. 

This offers the following options:  

  1. Avaz FAQ from the website : Avaz FAQ , Try this first before any of the other options. Chances of finding your answer here is quite high! 
  2. Website Chat - Chat with us from our website - www.avazapp.com
  3. In-app Chat - Chat with us directly from the app, from Help > Chat with us!
  4. Explain this screen - this has a series of screenshots of each screen, explaining each button.
