I’m getting an internet connection error while trying to purchase the app. What should I do?

While purchasing the app, if you get an error message that Internet is not working:


No internet connection: Please connect to the internet and try again (while purchasing)

Check the following in the order given below: (If option 1 doesn't work then try Option 2, followed by Option 3 etc.)
  1. Does your device have permissions for in-app purchases (check iOS or Play Store settings)
  2. Check if Date and Time settings are correct - if it is in the past or future, you might face this error.
  3. Can you try on a different WiFi network?
  4. Try signing up with a new email id. 

If you still face an issue, write an email to support@avazapp.com with the steps followed and the name of the app you are trying to purchase, along with your registered email id.
