While updating to the new version, if the page is stuck on Downloading Resources page and does not progress further, as shown in the screenshot below: 

  1. Make sure you have an active internet connection in the device. 
  2. Click on Download Resources again button. 
  3. If that doesn't help, write to us at support@avazapp.comwith the following information: 
    • Your registered email id on Avaz app
    • A screenshot of the error while updating the app
