Please go through the various conditions and take the relevant steps as listed below:

If you have purchased Avaz from a link:
  • If you already have the app installed, close the app and re-open it under an active internet connection for the subscription to reflect in the app.
  • If you have an existing subscription, please follow the steps listed below*.
  • If you don't have the app installed: 
  • You will get a mail with a link to download the app.
  • Download the app
  • When you register for Avaz, please ensure that you enter the SAME email id (or phone number - for Android India),  as that entered on the payment link as Username


If you have done an in-app purchased (bought from within the app) 

  • If you already have the app, the new subscription should reflect immediately. 
  • In Android devices (in some cases) it may take a few hours to reflect the purchase. Please re-try after sometime.


*If you have an existing subscription, please NOTE: 

  • The new subscription will reflect only after the current subscription expires, even if you have cancelled the existing subscription.
  • E.g. if you currently have a Monthly subscription and bought a Lifetime version, then the Lifetime will reflect only on cancellation and expiry of the current subscription.
  • Make sure you cancel the current active subscription, else it would auto-renew on expiry.
  • Note: the new purchase will not auto-cancel the existing subscription, which has to be cancelled by you ideally before purchasing the new subscription.


Other conditions: 

  • You might have used a different email id on the link, and logged in with a different email id on the app. Contact support@avazapp.com sharing the details.
  • IF you have bought the app on a different device (e.g. parent's phone in-app) and want to transfer it to the child's device, where the app is installed: 
    • Ensure you are logged in to the SAME Play store / App store id as the one you made the purchase on.
